We do not ship outside these regions at this time.

5. Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking numbers.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is shipped.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment/house numbers
  • Old or outdated addresses provided by the customer

We can update your address only if the order has not been shipped.

  • Delivery issues once the order is marked as delivered

International shipments (UK, Canada, Australia) may experience delays due to customs inspections.
Footlyn is not responsible for these delays or any additional customs fees.
