  • Hygiene-related products that have been opened

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery mistakes caused by incorrect addresses
