1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Hygiene-related products that have been opened
  • Sale, discounted, or final clearance items

2. Return Process

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send photos or videos showing the issue.

We will reship the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Approval

After we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive a refund or store credit.
  • If rejected, the item will not be refunded and may be returned at your expense.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is worn or used
  • The return request is submitted after 30 days
  • The item is damaged due to customer misuse
  • The product is a hygiene item that has been opened

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Footlyn is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
